Service Cancellation

Customers can cancel their service booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled technician visit.

If cancellation is made after this time or when the technician has already arrived, a visit charge may apply.

Service Charges

All inspection and service charges are non-refundable once the work has been completed.

Parts & Replacement

Any spare parts replaced during the service may carry a manufacturer warranty (if applicable).

Agastya RO Service does not provide separate warranty on parts beyond manufacturer terms.

Warranty claims for parts must be handled as per the respective manufacturer’s policy.

We are not responsible for damage caused due to misuse, voltage fluctuation, or poor water quality after replacement.

Service Warranty

We provide a 7-day service warranty on repairs. If the same issue occurs within 7 days, our technician will revisit without any additional visit charge.

Refund Policy

No refund will be provided once the service is completed successfully.

Refunds are not applicable for issues caused by misuse, voltage fluctuation, or poor water quality.

Delay or Rescheduling

In case of unavoidable circumstances, Agastya RO Service reserves the right to reschedule the service appointment.
